Information you submit through forms — name, mobile number, email, city, product interest and approximate loan amount. We also collect standard technical data (device, browser, pages visited) through analytics cookies to improve the website.
2. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, match you with suitable lenders, process your application with the lender(s) you choose, and communicate with you about your enquiry via call, SMS, WhatsApp and email. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used to improve our services.
3. Who we share it with
Your details are shared only with the partner banks/NBFCs relevant to your enquiry, and with service providers who operate our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Credit information
QCred's initial matching does not pull your credit report. A credit bureau enquiry happens only when you proceed with an application to a lender, by that lender, under your consent to them.
5. Storage and security
Data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but follow reasonable industry practices.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to be contacted, by writing to info@qcred.in. We retain enquiry data as needed for legal and audit purposes before deletion.
