1. Who we are
QCred.in ("QCred", "we", "us") is a loan and credit-card distribution platform operated by Simply Insight Consultancy LLP, an associate of Terranua Insurance Brokers, with its office at 708, Accord Classic, Aarey Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051. QCred is a distribution partner to banks and NBFCs — we are not a lender, and we do not sanction, price or disburse credit.
2. Nature of our service
QCred helps users discover, compare and apply for financial products offered by partner banks and NBFCs. All lending decisions — approval, rejection, interest rate, fees, loan amount and disbursal — are made solely by the concerned lender under its own policies. Submission of an enquiry or application through QCred does not guarantee approval.
3. No fees to borrowers
QCred does not charge borrowers for its distribution services. We may receive commissions or referral fees from lenders upon successful disbursal. You remain liable only for the lender's own published charges, which the lender discloses in its sanction documents.
4. Accuracy of information
Interest rates, fees, eligibility norms and product features displayed on QCred.in are compiled from lender communications and public sources, are indicative, and may change without notice. Calculator outputs are mathematical estimates for planning only. You must verify all figures with the lender before acting on them. QCred makes reasonable efforts to keep content current but does not warrant its completeness or accuracy.
5. Your obligations
You agree to provide true, current and complete information in any enquiry or application, and to use the website only for lawful, personal purposes. Impersonation, submission of another person's details without authority, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the website is prohibited.
6. Consent to be contacted
By submitting your contact details, you authorise QCred and its partner lenders to contact you regarding your enquiry via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email, notwithstanding any registration under DND/NCPR. You may withdraw consent by writing to info@qcred.in.
7. Third-party links and services
The website may reference or link to lender websites and third-party resources. QCred does not control such websites and is not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Your dealings with any lender are governed by that lender's agreements with you.
8. Intellectual property
All content on QCred.in — text, design, logos, graphics and software — belongs to QCred or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QCred shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct or indirect — arising from use of the website, reliance on information displayed, lender decisions, or delays and failures in loan processing. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the website is to stop using it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
